We offer Free Ground Shipping on Vial orders shipping to the 48 Continental US States with a minimum purchase of three cases, mix and match available.

We ship Vials, Thermal Ribbons and Lexmark Toner Cartridges the same business day if your order if placed before 3:00 Central Time, otherwise the following business day.

We request an order delivery lead-time of 4-6 weeks to manufacture and ship Labels, Bags, Blister Cards, or PVC and Foil Rolls for your initial order with Pharmacy Automation Supplies and 3-4 weeks on repeat orders.

We ship via FedEx or UPS for small packages and various carriers for LTL truck deliveries.

Depending on your order quantity size for Labels, Bags, Blister Cards, or PVC and Foil Rolls, we ship the most economical method. For LTL shipments we obtain several bids from freight suppliers and select the most cost effective provider.

Our transit times vary depending on delivery location in relation to the manufacturing facility or distribution warehouse product is originating.

We offer Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day expedited shipping methods via FedEx Express for an additional cost. If you would like a complimentary freight quote please contact Customer Service

PO Box and APO/FPO Shipping, We can not ship to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. At this time, we do not offer shipping services to APO/FPO destinations.

International Shipments, We currently only ship to the US and Puerto Rico.

Pharmacy Automation Supplies proudly stands behind the products that we manufacture and sell, and we guarantee the items you order to be free from defect. If at anytime you have problems with our products please contact Customer Service and we’ll be more than happy to replace the defective product.

In the event you receive an order from us that isn’t to your satisfaction please contact Customer Service immediately. If the products are defective or a result of an error at Pharmacy Automation Supplies we will gladly replace the product or refund your account including shipping charges to and from our facilities.

We understand that sometimes things don’t appear in person like they do online or you have changed your mind and want to return the item(s) for credit. We are happy to refund your account, unfortunately, returns will result in a 30% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping charges to and from our facility.

We ask that you contact Customer Service prior to returning products. Product returned without notification may be delayed in getting processed and credit issued.

Custom and made-to-order products do not apply and are not returnable for any reason.

Pharmacy Automation Supplies and www.pharmacyautomationsupplies.com is located and operates in Illinois. By law, all products we manufacture or sell are tax exempt because they are consider part of packaging with the exception of toner cartridges and thermal ribbons. Any sale shipped to an Illinois address for toner cartridges or thermal ribbons will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

Pharmacy Automation Supplies accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please fill out all the required information including your name as it appears on the card.

For On-Account orders and Net 30 Terms, credit approval is required. Please complete the Credit Application and submit to Customer Service for processing.

Orders for PVC and Foil require a 50% deposit or prepayment.

In order to use this website, a user may become registered. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address, billing address, and shipping address). This information is used to contact the user about services on our site for which they have expressed interest or orders placed on our website.
