ProPack 150/6 Automated Blister Packaging Machine

The ProPack 150/6 provides fully automated blister packaging for tablets, caplets or liquid-gel solid dose medications, liquids and medical devices using pharmaceutical grade PVC and foil to create industry standard unit dose blisters to help improve patient medication compliance on a just-in-time basis.

The ProPack 150/6 can produce industry standard punch cards (also called calendar, bingo or compliance packs), unit dose strips, Hospital unit dose formats, physician samples, OTC packs, medical devices and custom specialty packages with simple tool change over. Fully automated turnkey systems include several filling options, lot/exp printing and barcode capability per dose, automated fill/no-fill detection and rejection of unfilled blister packages, perforations to assist with returns and die cut options for specialty shape packaging needs.

Pharmaceutical Grade Paper/Foil for Blister Packaging:
Our pharmaceutical grade paper/foil lid stock includes a 15# tissue based paper for clear printing of dose, lot and expiration information with an easy push-through feature for product removal from the blister pocket. Our paper/foil lid stock, when used with our quality PVC provides excellent product shelf life and improves patient compliance by providing industry standard blister packages. Our high quality paper/foil lid stock provides optimal production performance when run on the ProPack 15/6 blister packaging machine.
