ProPacker 30CP - Automated 30 Day Compliance Pack (Punch Card) Blister Packaging Machine
The ProPacker 30CP provides fully automated blister packaging for tablets, caplets or liquid-gel solid dose medications, liquids and medical devices using pharmaceutical grade PVC and foil to create industry standard 30 Day Compliance (Punch Card) blister packs to help improve patient medication compliance on a just-in-time basis.
The ProPacker 30CP can produce industry standard 6" x 9" 30/31/32/45 day punch cards (also called calendar, bingo or compliance packs), unit dose strips, Hospital unit dose formats, physician samples, OTC packs, medical devices and custom specialty packages with simple tool change over. Fully automated turnkey systems include several filling options, lot/exp printing and barcode capability per dose, automated fill/no-fill detection and rejection of unfilled blister packages, perforations to assist with returns and die cut options for specialty shape packaging needs
