How do you return empty toner cartridges?
Don’t throw away your empty cartridges. Lexmark offers free and easy returns.
- Every original Lexmark cartridge box includes instruction and a pre-paid label that can be used to return the empty cartridge.
- Simply place the empty cartridge in the box from you new cartridge and reseal the bob.
- Fill in your name and address on the UPS ARS label and place the label on the box.
- Include the box in your normal business pickup or drop it at any UPS authorized service center.
- If a special pick-up is requested, UPS will charge you a service fee.
