If your order qualifies for the FREE Ground Shipping Offer, the shipping charges will not be invoiced to your account or charged to your credit card but will appear in the online shopping cart during check out. PAS Customer Service will remove the shipping charge during order processing.
Artwork & Plate Charges - A $120.00 Art Design Charge applies to all orders submitted to evaluate compliance with our submission requirements. If the artwork submitted does comply with our requirements document $60.00 of this charge will be applied as a credit to the production of the bags on your next order.
Plate Charges: Plate Charges are $35.00 per EACH color.
Design services by our art department available at $65.00 per hour.
